How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

What are the conditions for returning or exchanging an item?

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Please ensure it passes inspection for a refund or exchange.

What happens if my return fails inspection?

Unfortunately, no refund will be issued if the returned item fails inspection.

How will approved returns or exchanges be processed?

Approved returns will be credited via the original payment method, and exchanges will be facilitated accordingly.

Are there any items not eligible for return or exchange?

Yes, items discounted over 30% are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can you arrange a pick-up for my return or exchange?

Yes, we can arrange a pick-up for your convenience(pick up charges apply on you) or you can courier the item back yourself.

How many times can I exchange an item?

Exchanges can be done only once per order.

Is there a free return and exchange policy?

Yes, orders above ₹1499 are eligible for free exchange once. Simply initiate the process through WhatsApp or email.
For returns there is no return charges but you are responsible for return shipment.
